Come to Media Museum and Archives Merkki on Sunday, 22nd of March, and draw things from observation with Urban Sketchers Helsinki. Artists of all levels and styles are welcome: there is no registration or fee, just come between 13 and 15 and bring a pen and paper or any other art supply you want to use.
How does it work?
12.50 – 13.15 We meet on location. The event host will wait in the museum lobby to greet everyone and to answer questions.
13.00 – 15.00 Sketching time. Everyone spreads around the location and picks what they like to draw. Sometimes people pick 1 thing and stay in 1 place for 2 hours, and sometimes they sketch a little bit of everything and move around.
15.00 We gather in the Radikaalit! exhibition space to look at the sketches, take group photos, and chat with each other.
